Gomonna is the first book by Kerry Holbrook and Ruth Klückers (The Seaweed Institute). The book celebrates the history of seaweed collecting in Cornwall, containing archive images and Kerry and Ruth's own seaweed pressings. The project includes recipes, history of language and information on seaweed harvesting.
